The noble food and wine heritage
What is sure is that the province of Siena, where Chianciano Terme is located, is a premium destination for those in love with food & wine holidays in Tuscany. Chianina veal DOC (Controlled Origin Denomination), ribollita soup and handmade pici pasta, with hare or wild boar sauce, are just a couple of delights from this amazing land.

All our dishes are excellently enhanced by the   wines Tuscany owes its worldwide renown to, like Nobile di Montepulciano, Brunello di Montalcino, plus many more. Let Grand Hotel Admiral Palace’s wine list seduce you and sip a good glass near the fireplace in the Cafè Bar Lounge!

Overall a good choice
" Considering the very reasonable fare, we found this Hotel satisfying. The pool is very nice, the breakfast, while not sumptuous, provides you all you may need. The Spa area is very good and included in the price. Last, it stays a bit on the hill side and while steps away from the center of the new town, is in a quite location. One thing that frankly disturbed me and did not quite understand was the fact that our room shared its small balcony with an other room. Since this is not a Motel, I was not really expecting to see people 1 ft from my window looking inside. I tried to understand if this is a standard design, or an exception for the rooms designed for families. I did not understand. Should you stay at this hotel, ask for a room with some more privacy. Stayed June 2013, traveled as a couple "
