The particular location on the hilly ridge between Valdichiana and Val d’Orcia has marked the history of the city of Montepulciano, located on a hill at 605 meters above sea level, from which it sweeps over the valleys and territories of the municipality.

The landscape is made really pleasant by the cultivation of olive trees and vineyards and by the many natural aspects of the area, such as the cretinous hills and cypress trees that shape the landscape vertically. At the center of the village there are many things to visit.

The nobility of its wine

In addition to the grandeur of its Renaissance palaces and the elegant beauty of its churches, Montepulciano is known mainly for Vino Nobile, one of the most appreciated Tuscan wines on an international level.
